In appliance dealers in the mall, buying an air-con now a days is just an instant transaction. We sometimes bypass the survey and cooling load procedure wherein it must be done prior to the purchase and installation of the unit. This will give the installer and customer the right product that is applicable on the area specifically on it's cooling capacity, location where to mount the unit, the available power source and the materials needed for installation job.
Split type air-conditioner is a type of air-conditioning unit that requires installation workmanship. Why? , because it's evaporator and condenser assembly are separated by each other with copper pipes. The purpose of this is to give a more flexible installation for the installer and customer in the critical location like condominiums and inner bedroom. This will also give an advantage for the customer to choose his/her better outdoor unit location. Unlike the traditional window type unit, wherein the compressor and fan motor are intact in one casing producing noisier operation.

The concept of split type installation on every brand is common yet they are different on the set of standards that are being implemented by each manufacturers. Therefore, a qualified and accredited installer must perform the said standards, Otherwise it will affects the unit's cooling performance and warranty.

what are the differences and advantages between basic compressor, compare to inverter compressor..?
and what are the possible trouble encounter if it is happened..,?
lets say for example,,,
if the basic aircon or standard split type that using R-22 freon was accidentally
charged by R410a, and also likewise on inverter aircon was also exchanged too, from r410a to R22,?
please explain and why,?

Hi, thank you for your comments. There is a big difference between basic/fixed speed compressor and inverter type. Its refrigerant use, operating pressure and electrical specification are different.
DeleteYou cannot put R410A in a R22 A/C unit as a replacement, since we should consider the design refrigerant of the unit.
The R410A consist of two types of refrigerant; R125 and R32. It’s a mixing ratio of 50:50 beyond this ratio will affect the refrigerant system cooling performance. Therefore proper handling of R410A should be considered by an installer or service technician.
